Website maintenance

You grow the business. I look after the website.

I maintain technical continuity so security work, fixes and improvements do not become a growing risk backlog.

When it helps

  • No one clearly owns the website
  • Updates keep being postponed
  • Changes go straight to production
  • The team needs predictable technical support

Scope

  • Updates and compatibility checks
  • Backups and recovery preparation
  • Monitoring, diagnosis and fixes
  • Small improvements and editorial support

Working model

I first review access, update status, backups and critical risks. We then agree priorities, a request channel and rules for planned and urgent work.

Relevant experience

For more than 10 years I have designed, built and maintained websites for clients in Poland and abroad. I carry the work from technical decisions through launch and ongoing support, without handing it between departments.

What shapes the price

Technology, current condition, number of sites, response expectations, change frequency and infrastructure responsibility all affect the scope.

Frequently asked questions

Can you take over from another supplier?
Yes. The first step is a review of code, hosting, access, backups and overdue updates.
Does maintenance include development?
It can include an agreed allowance for small tasks. Larger features are estimated separately to keep priorities and timing clear.
What if I need help without a maintenance agreement?
Emergency support covers that situation. Response depends on availability and the type of incident.
