I reply as quickly as I can, with a specific answer. If I need more information, I ask for it in one message rather than several.

After the first exchange I prepare a proposal: order of work, the result of each stage, assumptions and what sits outside the scope. Pricing follows from that. If you first need a clear decision framework, a consultation can come before any build.

I work from Pleszew. I regularly collaborate with companies in Kalisz, Ostrów Wielkopolski and Jarocin, and remotely with clients across Poland and abroad. I run conversations in Polish or English.

Three sentences on goal, problem and deadline are a good start. You can send details, documents and materials later, once we know what is needed.

You do not need to know which system to choose or how hosting works. Describe the outcome you need and the choice of solution stays with me. If you already have a supplier’s proposal or an existing site, send it along, even without comment.

I will ask a few questions about the goal, the audience and who will develop the site after launch. There are no wrong answers. If you do not know something, we note it as an open question rather than guess.

I use the details you enter in the form to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The privacy policy describes the data scope, recipients and retention period.

Do not send passwords, API keys or customer data through the form. We will agree a secure way to share access separately.
