An offer that begins with location

Ideal Idea develops urban parks combining offices and warehouses in a Small Business Units format. Visitors need an overview of the offer and a route to developments in the city relevant to their business.

I was responsible for full-stack development and technical implementation. The project brings together several layers of information, from the brand introduction and property overview to news and contact details.

Warsaw and Wrocław as entry points

Developments are grouped by location. Within each city, visitors can browse the City Park projects, with availability labels distinguishing selected entries.

This differs from a portfolio where every project is simply another image. Location is part of a business decision, and each development belongs to a particular group. The implementation needs to preserve those relationships in both navigation and layout.

Following the development of the properties

News covers construction stages and company activity. Information about the developer, locations and contact people sits alongside it, giving visitors context before a conversation about space.

When planning a comparable site, it helps to distinguish relatively stable information, such as location, from changing content: availability, construction progress and announcements. That identifies which areas will need regular editorial attention.

Browsing the offer away from a desk

A phone limits how many projects can be visible at once. Clear development names, city labels and routes between sections become particularly important.

This project combines a visual presentation with a structured B2B offer.
