A website for someone with a specific problem

Visitors to a law firm’s website often have a practical question: does someone here deal with my situation? BEM & Wspólnicy in Poznań opens with three areas: employment law, medical law and real estate.

My scope was full-stack development, with attention to stability, implementation quality and practical content management. A website of this kind needs to hold detailed information while maintaining an understandable route to the relevant service.

One practice area, different audiences

Employment law is presented separately for employers and employees. Medical law distinguishes between healthcare providers and patients. The property section addresses managers and housing communities as well as individual clients.

This lets visitors read the offer in relation to their own circumstances. Rather than one long list of the firm’s capabilities, they encounter groups of information with clearly identified audiences. It is a defining structural feature of this website.

The service information is organised around the client’s situation as well as the legal discipline.

A person behind each practice area

The practice descriptions include the partners and direct contact details. The form lets visitors select a person in connection with their subject. That connects the explanation of the service with someone to approach.

The blog adds another layer, giving readers a chance to encounter the firm’s explanations before making contact.

Information that remains readable on the move

Detailed service descriptions need a composed mobile layout. Headings, spacing and reading order help someone find a relevant passage without reading the entire website from the beginning.

For a comparable project, clearly grouping expertise and assigning responsibility for content updates are important early decisions. Launching the site is only one stage in maintaining information that customers use to make decisions.
